How do I place an order with Odessa?

All the relevant details are on our contact/quotes page. Our friendly and helpful staff are on hand to offer advice a support to ensure that from receipt of order to deliver is a smooth process.

How do I supply print ready artwork?

Supplying artwork couldn't be easier. If you have a disc no problem just send it down. If you require our FTP details these are available on request, we can always open a secure file just for you. Or depending on the size of the file print ready PDF's can also be used via email. If you need any help or further information then please don't hesitate to contact our studio.

Do I have artwork templates I could use?

With the wide range of sizes and templates built up over the years the chances are we will have the right one for you. Often they are standard but for the more involved ones they will be available via the links page. If you can't find what you are looking for then please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

With a constantly changing market we fully understand that lead times are shrinking. Our production staff are on hand to advise and help meet you expectations. If it's possible we deliver. Just pick up the phone and ask.
